FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What data is collected?
Scans or clicks, time, country, device, OS, browser, source and recent-event details.
What does unique mean?
It is the number of unique IP addresses, not an exact number of people.
Can a static QR code be tracked?
No. A static QR code contains data directly and does not request the service.
Where are cities shown?
City is stored in the latest 100 event records. There is no city summary.
Can I export data?
Yes, as CSV. The available period follows the analytics retention of your plan.
